The Services

teraCoach helps adults on a prescribed GLP-1 medication build and keep healthy habits around food, activity, sleep and side-effect self-care. It offers two plans: teraCoach, with a personal plan, a daily tracker, recipes and the AI GLP-1 Coach; and teraCoach Plus, which adds a health coach and a fitness coach.

teraCoach does not prescribe, dispense, dose or adjust any medication, and does not diagnose or treat any disease. It is not connected to any prescriber or pharmacy.

No Medical Advice

The Services are for general wellness, information and education. They are not medical care and do not replace your prescriber, doctor or other healthcare provider.

Coaching covers food, activity, sleep, habits and general self-care for common side effects. The AI GLP-1 Coach and human coaches do not give medical advice, prescribe, change or recommend your medication or dose, interpret lab results, or diagnose conditions. Questions about your medication, dose, labs or symptoms go to your own prescriber.

Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or heard in the Services.

The AI Coach and Human Coaches

The AI GLP-1 Coach is an AI. It is not a human, doctor, dietitian or therapist, and it stays inside your plan.

On teraCoach Plus, health coaching and fitness coaching are delivered by people who may be employed or contracted by TeraHealth. Health coaches and fitness coaches are not licensed healthcare providers. Nutrition coaching is general wellness guidance and is not medical nutrition therapy. Human coach availability varies by state.

Your Treatment and Your Prescriber

You enter your medication, dose, injection day and treatment week yourself. teraCoach does not verify them, and your plan is only as accurate as what you enter. When your prescriber changes your dose or medication, update it in the app so your plan stays right.

Your prescriber remains solely responsible for prescribing, dosing, titration, lab monitoring and clinical risk. Check with your own doctor or dietitian before acting on anything in the Services, especially if you have a medical condition or a food allergy.

How Our Technology Works

Plan recommendations follow rules held in curated clinical knowledge bases (for example, which foods suit your goals). Language models are used to combine and explain those rule outputs in plain language. They do not create clinical rules or protocols.

Automated outputs can still contain errors or omissions and may not reflect the latest research. You are responsible for deciding whether a recommendation is right for you. Tell us if anything looks wrong.

No Emergency Services

The Services are not monitored for emergencies, and coaches may not reply right away.

Side Effects

Log mild symptoms in the app so your AI coach, and on teraCoach Plus your coaches, can see them. teraCoach does not send side-effect reports to your prescriber, pharmacy or a drug manufacturer. For anything severe, unusual or getting worse, contact your own doctor or prescriber. You can also report side effects to the FDA through MedWatch at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract and located in a US state where the Services are available. teraCoach is available in every US state; teraCoach Plus human coaches are available in most states.

Your Account

You agree to keep your information accurate, protect your login credentials and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Plans, Waitlist and Fees

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a particular plan, and we may invite people in stages. Features of each plan may change over time. If a plan has a fee, we will show you the price and billing terms before you pay, and you authorize us or our payment processor to charge you under those terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity or health information;
• upload malicious code or content you have no right to share;
• give medical advice to others through the Services unless you are a licensed professional acting within your scope.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Privacy and Health Information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal and health information. We do not sell your health information or use it for advertising. teraCoach is not a healthcare provider, and we handle your information under our Privacy Policy and applicable state health-data laws.

Third-Party Services

Your prescriber, pharmacy and doctor provide their own services under their own terms and policies, and they are responsible for them. The Services may also connect to third-party services such as grocery services, wearables and payment processors. TeraHealth is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including the software, content, recipes and technology behind them, are owned by TeraHealth or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal use under these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, TeraHealth disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not promise any particular health, weight or medication outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TeraHealth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid TeraHealth in the six months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TeraHealth harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or of the law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. When access ends, we keep or delete your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Delaware, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and TeraHealth waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

General Terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and TeraHealth about the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. If you downloaded the app from an app store, that store’s terms also apply, and the store is not responsible for the Services.

Website Terms

These terms also govern your use of this website. The site describes teraCoach and its plans; nothing on it is medical advice or an offer to provide care. The site’s content, logos and trademarks belong to TeraHealth or its licensors. You may view and share pages for informational purposes, but you may not copy, scrape or reuse them commercially without permission. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or try to gain unauthorized access to it.

The site may link to third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their content. Information you submit through our forms, including the waitlist, is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please do not send health information through the contact form. The site is provided “as is,” and to the fullest extent the law allows TeraHealth is not liable for damages arising from your use of it.
