How long do I have to return items?
All of the products in the marketplace can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item.  There are a few small stipulations to consider before requesting to return an item. 

What items can I return? 
We will accept returns for any products, within the 30 days, that haven’t been used, tested, or unsealed.  Clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.  If a product is damaged upon receipt, please take a picture of the item and initiate a return for that item.   

When do items need to be returned by? 
Once a return is initiated you will have 14 days to ship back your items. 

What can items be returned for?  
Returns will be credited to the credit card you used for the purchase.  Please allow for 5-10 days for once the refund is processed.   The timing is dependent on how quickly the bank processes the return.   

Who pays for return shipping?
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged product to you. 

What if my item arrived damaged, missing or the wrong item was received?
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.  If you receive any defective or are missing items in your order, please contact the seller of the product by visiting their shop on Tera and clicking “Contact Seller”.   You may also reach out to our customer service through chat or using the contact us form on the site.
