Tera is working with registered dietician Melanie Murphy Richter, MS, RDN, and the nutrition guidelines outlined by the U.S. Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) and the Food and Nutrition Board.

Tera analyzes the information provided by the Nutrition Facts Label and scores the following nutrients in your food, which you can select as preferences: Saturated Fat, Trans Fat, Added Sugars, Cholesterol, Sodium, Fiber, Protein, Vitamin D, Iron, Calcium, Potassium.
